Armstrong Carbon Steel High Leverage Spring-loaded Ball Float Type Drain Trap
This product is developed especially for draining low specific gravity fluids from gases at high pressure
They use standard Armstrong forged steel bodies with very high leverage system and spring assist

NOTE:
This products are also available with cast T-316 stainless steel body & all stainless steel internal
For high pressure application 17-4 PH SS is recommended for valve & seat material

NOTE:
Because of design consideration in this drain traps
It is essential that a safety factor of at least 2 be applied to the peak liquid load for sizing purposes

NOTE:
Forged steel & SS traps can be modified to resist hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion at SOUR GAS service
These modifications involve annealing the float, which will reduce the maximum pressure of the float to about half of its normal value
