Model GD45P, 1/2″ – 2″ size, thread connection, ductile iron body, inlet pressure max = 20 bar, outlet pressure = 0.2 to 10 bar

Steam boilers are usually designed to work at high pressures
But the steam heating equipments can only receive a limited steam pressure

So we need to reduce the steam pressure accordingly:
– To match the required lower steam pressure
– The steam pressure is within the safety limit of the heating equipment & accessories

Reduce the higher pressure steam into a lower pressure steam will make the lower pressure steam more dry
So the heat transfer will be more efficient
