Habonim 47 Series Three Piece body Ball Valves

The 47 series is the main lines of Habonim’s 3-piece ball valves for industrial applications.
The valves are suitable for applications requiring high flow capacities and tight shut-off, where reliability, functionality and interchangeability are essential for the product quality.

While reducing fugitive emissions is  a leading concern in the fight against climate change
Habonim created a zero leak ball valve’s stem principle that is called Hermetix stem sealing
This unique Hermetix valve’s stem sealing is using PTFE based material or NON-GRAPHITE material
(graphite is very easy to dis-integrate if the valve stem is very often to be turned/rotated to open or close the ball valve in the long run)

Habonim Hermetix stem sealed ball valves are tested & are certified based on:
– ISO-15848-1 test standard (tested 4,500 cycles between -29 to 200 deg C)
– API 641 test standard (tested with methane for 610 cycles and 100 ppmv leak rate)
