NOTE:
For superheat steam application
We can use a check valve with integral stellite seat
(there is no stellited seat screwed on the valve;’s body anymore)
Factory will weld a thick stellite material directly on the valve’s seat area of the check valve body.
So there is no possibility for the steam to erode the integral stellite seat via the thread of the seat
Because now there is no more threaded seat there
For very severe case of superheated steam erosion & abrasion on the body of the check valve
We can offer you the check valve with A182-F91 material that is suitable for this severe application
(with integral stellite seat on the body)
